Church Planting Churches
As individuals, we seek to make disciples – as we are going – leading people into a relationship with Christ and into the fellowship of the Word and the local church.
As the church, simply, church planting is the most effective way to carry out and sustain this Great opportunity both nationally and internationally.
Thank you for your interest in being a church planting church. Our goal is to help every church in our association become (or expand on its ability to be) a church planting, equipping, sending and supporting church – to the end that our city will become a prolific equipping, sending and supporting hub for the Glory of Christ.
Our association is working right now on ways we can assist you:
- Helping your church become an intentional church planting equipping center
- creating an formal internship program and church planting residency
- identifying leaders from within
- providing opportunities for leaders coming to Tampa from outside the area
- raising up planters and core team members
- equipping them to research target areas, plan, and plant
- sending them out
- supporting them on an ongoing basis
- Creating and fostering a city-wide church planting network where our church planting churches can learn from each other
- Developing training tools, a knowledge base and other best practices on TampaChurchPlanting.com
- Providing you with communications tools that catalyze and promote opportunities
- Connecting you to NAMB, FBC and other potential partners
- Providing you with ethnographic and demographic neighborhood mapping
- Providing you with up-to-date info on planting, revitalization and re-plant opportunities
- And much more…
Multiplication is the goal and the key. We want to help your church become an intentional multiplying church today.
