Brandon

Welcome to Brandon, where cow pastures are now regional malls.

Brandon is the fourth largest “city” in Tampa Bay. Though unincorporated, Brandon boasts more than 100K residents in eastern Hillsborough County about a 20-minute drive to downtown Tampa.

The landscape is low, and flat and spread out. As you drive east on Highway 60 you will encounter huge live oaks, farm land, and a bunch of subdivisions built in the 1970s. More recently, developers have expanded the Brandon economy with huge projects in Valrico, and Lithia.

And what used to be a culture of four-wheel drives has been complemented now by the minivan and the Mercedes.

The planter for Brandon will surely thrive in a busy, suburban context that has still a bit of its country flavor. If you feel like Brandon could be a fit for you, please consider coming on a tour. We would love to have you.
